3. Cancellation and Refund Policy
ItalCultura is a Not for Profit Organization committed to offering courses as affordable as possible. In view of our not-for-profit status and our commitment to our instructors, we apply the following rules:
Upon withdrawal from a class before the term has begun, the course fee will be fully refunded. Upon withdrawal within the first two lessons, the course fee will be refunded minus the pro-rated cost of the class/es attended as well as the $ 50 administration fee. No refunds beyond the second week of a term. No refunds or credit will be given for classes not attended. Make-up classes are available to the student during the same week only that the class is missed. Permission must be requested to the administrators. There will be no reimbursement for missed classes or missed private lessons.
Cancellation of Private Lessons:
If students are unable to attend their scheduled private lessons, notification must be given 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged.
Please call ItalCultura at (312) 245-0652 Monday through Friday before 5pm.
